Specialty Printing & Engraving

Permanent ink.
Precision craft.
Printed in OC.

We are an industrial-grade UV printing and laser engraving studio for people who refuse to settle for vinyl stickers and Etsy-grade engravings. Custom golf balls, YETI tumblers, license plate frames, backlit address signs, corporate merch, real-estate closing gifts — if it has a surface, we can mark it for life.

The full custom-print stack — engineered, not improvised.

Most "custom" shops own one machine and outsource the rest. We don't. Every step happens here, by hand, with industrial gear normally reserved for ad agencies and OEM brands.

From Idea to Object

A four-step process
built for repeat clients.

Every job — whether it's one tumbler or a thousand-ball tournament order — runs the same disciplined pipeline. No surprises. No "we'll see how it comes out."

1. Brief & Quote

Send art, an idea, or a napkin sketch. We respond within 24 hours with a fixed quote, lead time, and substrate recommendation.

2. Proof & Refine

You get a digital proof — color profile, sizing, surface mock-up. Approve, tweak, or rebuild. Nothing goes on a substrate without your sign-off.

3. Production

UV-cured under industrial lamps or carved with a 60-watt laser. Operator on every pass — no auto-feed, no walk-aways. Quality eyes the entire run.

4. Pack & Hand-off

Boxed with care, photographed for your records, delivered locally or shipped. Tournament orders arrive sorted by foursome. Closing gifts arrive ribboned.

Why UV, not Vinyl

The reason your last sticker peeled
and ours never will.

Vinyl is a sticker glued to a surface. UV ink is fused into it. Park them both in an Orange County summer for 18 months and the difference becomes loud.

The MO-240 is the same UV flatbed used by global ad agencies and brand-house OEMs. It's why the artwork on a YETI from us doesn't peel after a single dishwasher cycle.

FAQ

Answers to the questions every client asks.

What's the difference between UV printing and a vinyl sticker?
UV printing fuses pigment into the surface using cool UV-LED lamps — it's molecularly bonded, raised to the touch, photographic in detail, and survives carwashes, sun, and solvent. A vinyl sticker is adhesive sitting on top of a surface; in OC sun it tends to peel, fade, or yellow within 6–18 months.
Can you really print on a golf ball?
Yes. We hold each ball in a custom jig under the Roland MO-240, then UV-cure full-color artwork. They're tournament-legal and survive driver impact and water hazards. Minimum order: 12 balls.
Do you ship outside Orange County?
We ship anywhere in the US via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. About 40% of our work ships out of state. Local OC clients get free delivery on batches of 24+.
How fast can you turn around a tournament or closing-gift order?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Rush is 2–3 days for an additional 25%. Tournaments over 100 pieces should book 2 weeks out when possible.
Can I see a proof before you produce?
Always. Every job gets a digital proof showing color, scale, and substrate mock-up. Nothing goes onto a physical product without your approval.
